Kids Corner: Guacamole Recipe from an 8-Year Old!

This Guacamole Recipe is bitchin and I eat it all the time…. give it a shot…you’ll love it:

From our 8-year old….her favorite Guacamole Recipe:

I honestly love guacamole because it’s one of the delights here in Mexico, and IT’S JUST YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay I know, I know. ‘’Get off the yumminess Kellyn. So let’s go to making it, and for me making it is the best part because not only is it fun to make but it bonds our family together and as I said: it’s fun eating it too ( but eating it is like the best part right?).

Kellyn’s tips for making GUACAMOLE!!! ( And how to make it) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-Get ingredients, which are: Avocados, Tomatoes, Onions, Cilantro, Lime Juice, Garlic, and salt.

-Cut up the Avos (avocados), Tomatoes, Onions, and rip up or cut up [ using food scissors ] the Cilantro.

-Add Garlic, Salt, and Lime Juice

-Mash up all the ingredients in a bowl.

-This is something special I like to do, I pick a pretty bowl which I then put the guacamole in.

-This is the hardest part! Just kidding, this is the funnest part, grab some chips and ENJOY!!!!!!

*You might find this a bit adult, but trust me it adds zing.  Add a shot of your favorite tequila to the Guacamole mix and you won’t taste it, but it will add some zing to the mix.  Try it, you might be surprised.
