Yes! Home Depot in Portland, Oregon provides a couple of parking spots to veterans and we appreciated the close proximity to the doors when we were working on our house and came out with a car load of merchandise and supplies.

We find them routinely in New Hampshire at a variety of retail locations; stores, restaurants, etc. More common than you might imagine!
