Wednesday- It’s testing week at Crossfit, so they’re looking for one set MAX reps in specific exercises. Today was all about the Snatch and max weight for one rep on the Snatch. I was totally out of this because I’ve just started. This is pretty cool to watch the folks in the class crush things….but horrible for my fragile old male ego.
