I’ve started this category for the simple reason that I’m using it to hold myself accountable for my workouts. My niche isn’t changing,,,,this blog will continue to be about production boats and adventure travel, but I’m adding this section for you and me. If you are inspired, challenged or pushed by my workouts, it’s a win. If you’re disgusted by my workouts then you’re a stud and should continue to do what you’re doing.
I log most runs on my Fitbit and will tell you what else I did if I can’t log it by Fitbit.
171004- Today I did a 3-mile Trail Run in the sand at an 11:00 min per mile pace. My total mileage for the day was 6.52 miles and 14,725 steps. No other workouts for today.

Wonderful.I can’t run but I used to. it’s so liberating and it keeps one healthy all the best for it
