Third Time’s a Charm!

Several weeks ago we received another offer on Tulum IV and but the offer fell through.  It’s frustrating as we know the boat is offered at a fair price and we know we’ve done the work needed to make her shine, purr and show well.  Since putting her on the market in October, we’ve installed a new compass, new sail covers and new batteries.  We’ve cleaned the inside till she shined and had the outside detail cleaned and the hull waxed.  I’m ready for her to find her forever owner’s who will love and take care of her; third offer will be the charm!
