1 Meal- 1 Day- 1 Week Challenge

Take this challenge and see how you feel:

Eat one meal with NO processed food and no meat in it,    eat for an entire day using no processed food and no meat,     try an entire week with NO processed or fast food and no meat!!

Just give it a try,,,you might be surprised by how good you feel, how much better your sleep is,,,,and how much more energy you have-

Yep, you might even start to drop some weight, run faster or feel better.
